I have to comment on the recent success of my favorite athlete. Yes, my name is Ridge and I am a bike nerd... Robbie McEwen one todays and yesterdays stages of the Tour de Suisse. I am happy he is showing his legs and not his age. I'm also pleased with his choice of sportswear. Classy!

We need a bike nerd in the family. Brady just told me today that his bike was stolen in D.C. You will have to help him pick out his next bike. I didn't even know there was a Tour de Swiss.
I'm enjoying riding my new Trek 4500. I 've taken it out twice. I love the shocks and its so light. We're going to try to head up to falls lake this saturday. We'll have to go biking sometime so you can school me at biking like you schooled me at running, mr Swinetime.
